By using Valyou (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Business description

We provide online digital virtual service for global users, one-time access service, no physical goods delivered. All sales are digital online service, comply with Paddle terms.

1. What the Service does

Valyou provides an AI-generated estimate of the commercial value of a social media account based on metrics you supply. Valuations are estimates for informational purposes only and are not investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, nor an offer to buy or sell any asset.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) and have the right to submit the account metrics you provide.

3. Accounts & credits

Every visitor receives one free analysis and download.
After the free analysis, you may register a free account and purchase 3 analyses for $2.00 USD (one-time). Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. We use hashing and never store it in plaintext.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner. By paying you agree to that provider's terms. We do not store card data. Prices are shown in USD and may change with notice. Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit false metrics to defraud others; scrape or abuse the Service; reverse-engineer; infringe IP; or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design, and generated report templates are owned by Valyou. You retain ownership of the metrics you input and receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your downloaded report.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, AND ESTIMATES MAY DIFFER MATERIALLY FROM REAL-WORLD VALUE. AI OUTPUT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALYOU IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (including the GDPR/CCPA where they apply).
