2. Nature of the service

Valyou is a digital, one-time-access online service. We do not sell or deliver any physical goods. When you purchase analyses (credits), the service is performed and made available to you immediately — your valuation report is generated and downloadable the moment your purchase is confirmed.

3. General no-refund rule

Because the service is digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, and because each purchased analysis is a one-time access to a generated report, purchased credits are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed and accessed.

4. Exceptions

We will review and may grant a refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges: if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate amount.
• Service not delivered: if your payment was taken but the purchased credits were never added to your account due to a technical failure on our side, we will either re-credit your account or refund the payment.
• Required by law: where applicable consumer law (for example the EU/UK consumer protections) gives you a right to a refund that cannot be excluded, we will honour that right.

5. How to request a refund

Email refunds@valyou.ai within 30 days of the purchase with your account email, the date of the transaction, and the reason for the request. We may ask for minimal information to verify the charge.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved. We reserve the right to withhold further service during an open dispute.
